BILL EGAN - Infrastructure Engineering & Support Manager
Bill brings to the team over 22 years of IS/IT expertise in managing
integrated solutions. At PCCS, Bill leads the infrastructure services
teams, including desktop, server, telecommunications, and technical
services, to provide end-to-end solutions for our customers.
Bill has a broad industry base including insurance, banking, retail,
manufacturing and technology related companies.
DAVID LUCHTEL - Chief Operations Officer
Over the last 16 years David has held a number of high-level positions at companies such as US West Communications and StorageTek. At PCCS, he successfully led the complete network upgrade for PEMCO's Financial Services companies and is responsible for implementing Fujitsu's Productivity Centre project methodology. While at StorageTek, he designed and implemented numerous multi million dollar storage solutions for customers on the West Coast.
David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Washington University and a Master's Degree in Information System Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Seattle Pacific University.
DARIC SCHWEIKART - Application & Consulting
Daric Schweikart is responsible for leading Software
Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Database
Architecture and Application Engineering. Daric is a
software and management consulting industry veteran with
over 20 years experience in delivering Information
Technology solutions to diverse industries throughout the
Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining PCCS, Daric held senior
management positions at Labor Ready, Washington Mutual and
other Pacific Northwest companies. He is a graduate of
Western Washington University with a BA in Accounting and
Computer Science.
JED WOODWARD - Operations Jed
Woodward is the manager of IT operations for
PCCS. Jed provides over 10-years of expertise in
managed services offerings including desktop
and server operations, production support, and customer
service. Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) certified, Jed champions the ITIL Service Desk,
Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration initiatives
within the company. Jed holds bachelors degrees in Finance
and Business Management from Seattle University.
JACK BROWN, Chief Executive Officer
Jack Brown, Chief Executive Officer of PCCS, is an
electronic engineer turned business executive with 25-plus
years of experience tying technology solutions to corporate
goals. Over his career Jack has embraced challenges ranging
from Security Pacific Bank’s leading-edge plunge into
electronic banking to helping Vitessa Corporation (an
e-commerce technology developer) earn its distinction in
2000 as one of Computerworld’s top-100 emerging
companies. In 2001, Jack joined PCCS to help drive its
transition from an internally focused organization to one
demonstrating ongoing profitable growth in the broader
marketplace.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic
engineering, and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in
computer science, all from California State University. With
four years of active duty in the Air Force and an ongoing
working relationship with the National Security Agency,
Jack’s career has followed a technology management track
with Security Pacific Bank, Security Pacific Automation
Company, Bank of America, and Visa International. Along the
way, he also completed the executive-development program at
UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.
