Our History

Since 1963, PEMCO Corporation has been providing a variety of technology and information services and products to PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company, EvergreenBank, and the School Employees Credit Union of Washington. From this background PEMCO Corporation Computer Services (PCCS) evolved. Today, PCCS offers managed technology solutions for small to medium sized businesses.

In addition to keeping pace with industry standards, PCCS is a leader in the area of Process Methodologies. In 2001, PCCS implemented key elements of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, (ITIL). ITIL is an integrated, process based, best practice framework for managing IT services that enables us to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

With a blend of expertise gained over time and an understanding of future industry challenges, we strive for continuous improvement of our IT solutions.
